Installations Academy was born from a clear industry gap: there were no programs focused on training professionals in bidding, contracting, and procurement for electrical installations in Romania. Its founder — an engineer with 15+ years of field experience — envisioned a practical education platform to address this shortage and raise standards in the market. We worked to articulate its strategic framework and build a visual identity that turned deep expertise into a trusted educational brand.

In the first phase of the process, we focused on articulating the brand fundamentals — purpose, vision, values, value proposition — and defining the elements that help the brand tell its story in an authentic way — archetype, personality, and tone of voice. Adding value to talent was the idea underpinning the further development of the brand positioning and identity.

Name & Logo

To harmoniously complement the brand idea, the visual identity encourages future participants to nurture their talent through creativity and the emotions it inspires. The Installations Academy logo refers to a creative “spark” — that moment of inspiration when an idea takes shape, as well as the joy, satisfaction, and enthusiasm of moving forward and becoming better. This spark can be interpreted both as a reference to the brand’s field of activity — the lightbulb, a symbol of transformation and the evolution of the world — and on a human level, representing personal transformation and professional growth.

Visual Language

The visual language draws on elements inspired by electrical plans: strong colours, easy-to-read typography, and a system of fine lines connecting compositional elements. It reinforces the technical nature of the industry while creating visual hierarchy and dynamic, contemporary layouts. The overall aesthetic communicates energy, clarity, and professionalism.

To support the brand’s growth and credibility, we designed a clear, structured website that ensures coherence in adapting the identity to the digital environment. The layout follows the logic of technical blueprints — organised, precise and easy to navigate — reinforcing the academy’s professional positioning. Colour accents, modular content sections and clear calls to action guide prospective participants seamlessly through programmes, benefits and enrolment steps.
